Float away from stress to find your inner glow

Corporate yoga in Melbourne

We love bringing yoga to the workplace; observing the visible change in people before and after they’ve practiced yoga with us. Through yoga we bring relaxation to your body and calm to your mind. We’ll help you recognise and lose tension from your back, neck and shoulders from sitting hunched over your desk. You’ll gain strength, flexibility and develop body awareness as well as create stillness in your mind.

Reclaim your lunch break or organise yoga before or after work; we’ll bring the mats, music and relaxation.

Benefits of yoga at work

  • Be more productive; as an hour of exercise at lunchtime will motivate you to complete afternoon tasks
  • Reduce workplace stress by forgetting your busy mind and just breathing for an hour
  • Create a collaborative work environment and a sense of community amongst staff

Find your inner glow

My passion is to help people let go of stress, quiet the busyness in their mind and find stillness within. Teaching others to go beyond their ego and be present in the moment. I’ve been teaching corporate yoga in Melbourne since 2013 and some of my clients include Pacific Brands, Seven Network and First State Super. I have a Diploma in Classical Yoga and a Certificate in Meditation Teaching and I’ve also studied in India.

I spent over ten years in marketing and communications before I swapped my corporate attire for bright yoga leggings so I know what its like to work 9-5 hunched over a desk, going to endless meetings and rushing to meet deadlines.

I’d love to visit your workplace and help you to stretch and lengthen your body, calm your mind and relax your inner self.

What my clients are saying.

It is terrific to work with Jemma. She constructed a session for me that combined yoga, mindfulness and meditation – three important topics that I was keen to learn. Jemma is professional and knowledgeable, and she has a caring and generous attitude toward her clients.
Professor Jill Klein, Melbourne Business School
Three Clouds Yoga is fantastic. Jemma is a fabulous teacher who has developed and guided our workplace into a stress free zone. I always look forward to our lunch time Yoga classes, which are not only rejuvenating but also challenging. Jemma’s knowledge, guidance and individual help has really assisted me in developing my Yoga skills and clearing my mind. She makes a lunch time work out very easy by coming to the office, and is always flexible with time. I would highly recommend Three Clouds Yoga.
Georgia Leach | Sales Executive, Seven Network
We organized a trial yoga & meditation class during lunch and have done it regularly ever since. We’ve had nothing but rave reviews from the staff who love it. Would definitely recommend Three Clouds for any stress management initiatives at their workplace.
Neil Turner | Senior Sales Executive
Three Clouds came to our work and we did a yoga class. The cost was reimbursed to us through The Workhealth Checks through government. The instructor was exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional – offering individual help and ensuring postures were correct. Many of us were keen to sign up for an ongoing course, due to the ease and convenience of someone coming in to our workplace. Great Service!
Fiona Jensen, Mind Australia
Jemma came to our workplace and ran a morning class – the cost was covered through The Workhealth Checks (government) funding. It was a lovely class, we got great feedback from all the participants, and requests to run the class every week! Thanks Jemma!
Tanya Thorpe, AREFEMI
Jemma happily accommodates all levels of ability and will customise her classes for experienced students down to beginners. She also offers senior classes for those of us who are not as flexible as we used to be. She brings a graceful serenity with her and is lovely to be around and will make you feel comfortable no matter what your limitations are or push you to do even better if you are at the other end of the scale. Best of all she brings the class to you so you don’t have to leave home and she is happy to teach groups, couples or singles. We could not recommend her more highly.

Thank you!
